Martin Owens is a devoted father, widower, and co-founder of several businesses, whose life journey has prepared him to be an inspiring life coach specializing in relationships and grief. After experiencing the complexities of a previous marriage, Martin found lasting love with Tonya, whom he met in 2004. A year later, Martin and his young son, Quintin, proposed to Tonya in a touching moment at a church event, and they were married in 2005. Their union marked the beginning of a remarkable journey of commitment, love, and mutual service to their family and community.

A former art teacher and program director, Martin transitioned to carpentry, working for Home Depot before establishing his business, Much Improved LLC. In 2017, Tonya joined him, bringing her expertise from Comcast and managing her own wedding and event planning business, A Touch of Elegance, and their decor venture, Giving You Props. Together, they shared an entrepreneurial spirit deeply rooted in faith, serving in marriage, youth, and premarital counseling ministries at Victory in Christ Christian Center.
